About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Representative to be the primary point of contact between Flowtel Networks and prospective customers in Lahore. The role combines inbound and outbound calling, relationship building, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
- Communicate product and service benefits clearly to prospects.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Record customer information and sales interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve sales techniques and stay updated on product offerings.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade customers.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering great experiences.
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
