About the role
Adnare is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join its Chat Support Department. The position works the evening shift from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am and is based in the Township area of Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat channels.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers in English.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or graduated.
- Fresh candidates are welcome.
- Preference for candidates residing in the Township area.
- Availability for the evening shift (7 pm – 3 am).
