Client Cycle Coordinator

About the role
We are hiring two Client Cycle Coordinators to support clients and keep certification files organized across our Pakistan and UAE teams. W3 Solutionz provides management‑system certification services, supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records and track upcoming audit dates.
- Send reminders and follow up on documents, reports and client responses.
- Coordinate practical arrangements with planners and UAE account owners.
- Ensure each case progresses with clear next actions and timely escalations.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of experience in client coordination, administration or service support.
- Strong English email writing and telephone communication skills.
- Good proficiency with Excel, Word, calendar tools and CRM systems.
- Certification‑industry experience is preferred, but relevant service experience is welcome.
