About the role
Hyly.AI is looking for a Client Success Manager focused on its innovation‑led product lines. You will act as the bridge between product, data, engineering and customer operations, guiding enterprise clients from initial value to long‑term operational adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategic accounts with a focus on retention and operational adoption.
- Identify low‑engagement risks and intervene before churn.
- Analyze usage trends, feature adoption and workflow behavior to recommend process improvements.
- Help clients operationalize advanced product capabilities into repeatable workflows.
- Translate complex technical workflows and integration logic for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Support teams to align on client needs.
- Provide strategic advisory, spotting expansion opportunities and guiding clients toward mature adoption.
Required profile
- 2+ years in Client Success, Solutions Consulting, Strategic Onboarding or product‑facing roles.
- Experience managing complex or technical client relationships.
- Strong understanding of adoption metrics, retention signals and workflow optimization.
- Ability to interpret usage data and explain business impact in simple terms.
- Proven track record handling ambiguous or evolving product environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to shift between technical depth and executive clarity.
- Effective stakeholder management across Product, Support and Leadership teams.
