Cold Caller – Lead Generation Executive (B2C)

About the role

Lime Software Logics, a fast‑growing design and development agency, is seeking a results‑driven Cold Caller to generate B2C leads for its international client base. You will be the first point of contact, introducing our custom web and software solutions to potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce Lime’s design and development services.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate communication records in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and sales closed.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold‑calling.
• Proven track record selling digital services, preferably design or development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of web, app and branding development processes.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
• Experience with cold‑outreach tools.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms.
