About the role
Fulcrum is seeking a Communications Officer to support its client in the legal education sector. The role is based on‑site in Karachi and involves developing and executing communication strategies that align with organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication plans that support business goals.
- Draft, edit and proofread press releases, speeches, reports, newsletters and other corporate content.
- Manage media relations and coordinate public communication initiatives.
- Create engaging internal and external communication materials.
- Oversee digital channels and social media platforms.
- Track communication performance and engagement metrics.
- Organise corporate events and stakeholder communications.
- Support employer branding and organisational communication campaigns.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, PR, media or corporate communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Public Relations or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Strong storytelling, editing and proofreading abilities.
- Proven experience in media relations and strategic communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
