Contract Management Analyst – Procurement

About the role

The Contract Management Analyst supports the end‑to‑end administration of the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) process within Strategic Procurement. Acting as the primary administrator of the CLM platform, the role ensures contracts are captured, routed, approved, executed and archived efficiently while maintaining governance and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the CLM platform and related workflow tools.
• Manage intake, triage, and documentation of incoming contract requests.
• Coordinate routing and approval workflows in line with delegation of authority and procurement policies.
• Oversee electronic signature execution using DocuSign and verify all required signatories.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with proper naming conventions, metadata, and version control.
• Track contract milestones such as expirations, renewals, and termination windows.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports on contract volume, cycle times, and workflow metrics.
• Support audit requests and compliance initiatives by keeping accurate contract records.
• Identify and implement improvements to contract workflows, automation, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and business units.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring timely contract processing.
