Shopify Assistant & Accounts Support

About the role

Tiny Tikes is looking for a detail‑oriented Shopify Assistant and Accounts Support professional to keep our online store running smoothly while ensuring accurate financial records. Based in Lahore, you will work closely with the retail and operations teams to maintain up‑to‑date product information, process orders, and support basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and stock levels in Shopify.
• Process customer orders, returns, refunds and coordinate shipments.
• Respond to routine customer queries through approved channels and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain sales, expense, payment and reconciliation records using spreadsheets or accounting software.
• Verify invoices, receipts and cash‑on‑delivery records for accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, sales, inventory discrepancies and outstanding transactions.
• Collaborate with warehouse, delivery and purchasing teams to resolve operational problems.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify administration and product catalog management.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge, including sales recording and invoice verification.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, sorting, filtering and formula use.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling prices, stock quantities and financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, meet deadlines and follow documented processes.
• Clear written communication and professional customer‑service judgment.
