Corporate Finance Manager (Expression of Interest)

About the role

BAT is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support its global multi‑category business. The role will ensure accurate financial information for S&OP meetings, budgeting and actuals while driving process simplification and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial scenarios and data for S&OP, budget and actuals in line with service level agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline finance operations.
• Handle accounting policy queries, ad‑hoc reporting and analysis requests.
• Provide periodic training to customers and sites.
• Develop and support automation solutions using innovative technical approaches.
• Manage SAP user access and maintain up‑to‑date standard operating procedures and control documentation.
• Coordinate with global process owners on reporting changes, prepare business specifications and support testing and training.

Required profile

• MBA with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a major multinational, or Finance & Accounting graduate with 2‑3 years experience, or ACCA/CIMA/CFA with 2 years experience.
• Strong understanding of finance tools and systems, especially BI/BPC, SAP or equivalent ERP.
• Ability to analyse reports, identify issues and drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and proactive, capable of working under pressure.
• Knowledge of risk identification and control implementation.
