Customer Operations Specialist – Short-Term Rental Management

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to oversee day‑to‑day operations for short‑term rental properties across the United States. Working from our Lahore office, you will act as the primary liaison between guests, property teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and property operations teams to address guest and property issues.
• Track operational incidents, escalate when necessary, and maintain detailed records.
• Review interactions to identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with reservation changes, special requests and guest requirements.
• Update internal systems and OTA platforms accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in customer operations, hospitality, property management or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to organize, prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
