Customer Service Representative – Export Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support export operations for GCC clients. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and other channels.
• Process and track export orders for GCC customers.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and deliveries.
• Prepare reports and maintain customer service records.
• Deliver high‑level customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in export or international trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience handling GCC or international customers is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
