Cyber Security Manager

About the role

easypaisa, Pakistan’s first digital bank, is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead the protection of its network and server infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with security standards, coordinate with network administrators, and drive continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, quantify, report, mitigate and monitor security incidents.
• Lead information‑security projects across the infrastructure to achieve compliance and best‑practice standards.
• Design, implement and maintain secure wireless and wired network architectures.
• Validate SPAN feeds in IDS/IPS solutions and fine‑tune SIEM alerts for better visibility.
• Conduct infrastructure security assessments, vulnerability scans and baseline assurance.
• Review and audit network security controls including NextGen firewalls, WAF, cloud security, DNS, malware protection, NAC, VPN and IDS/IPS.
• Perform risk assessments, gap analyses and develop security policies and architecture.
• Approve access requests in line with business and data‑security requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum B.S. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proven experience in information security, network security and infrastructure compliance.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
