About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Assistant to support a partner company in maintaining accurate and well‑structured records across internal systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data on a daily basis and can operate independently in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in internal systems.
- Review information for completeness and consistency.
- Organize files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with basic reporting and data checks.
- Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incorrect data.
- Follow established data and quality guidelines.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Basic computer and data‑handling skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Good written communication skills.
