Deputy Manager Finance - Revenue Management

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Revenue/Commercial Finance will support the Senior Manager – Finance in overseeing sales and after‑sales accounting, revenue tracking, collections, credit control and financial reporting. The role also contributes to operational finance, internal controls and business decision‑making through financial modelling and system/report development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and after‑sales revenue accounting, including report validation, accruals and royalty payments.
• Oversee dealer collections, credit control, receivables tracking and provision calculations to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks to resolve collection discrepancies.
• Support end‑to‑end financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R), monthly closings and variance analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and contribute to financial system/report development and business modelling.
• Manage dealership financial operations such as incentives, warranty claims and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, support audits and handle ad‑hoc financial and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: ACCA, CA (Finalist), MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 + years of relevant finance experience, preferably in revenue or commercial finance.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash‑flow management and internal controls.
