Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance & Control

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for our digital meter manufacturing plant. The role is on‑site, full‑time and focuses on ensuring that all energy meters, mechanical parts and electrical components meet design, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and test energy meters, mechanical parts and electrical components using functional, dimensional and visual methods.
• Operate measuring instruments, test setups and electrical testing equipment to verify compliance with specifications.
• Monitor production processes, identify quality issues and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Record inspection data, generate quality reports and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with design, production and maintenance teams to resolve quality‑related problems and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.
• 7–8 years of hands‑on experience in quality assurance and control within digital meter or similar manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead QA/QC activities and work cross‑functionally.
