Design Coordinator – Architecture & Drafting

About the role

We are looking for a Design Coordinator to join our team in Rawalpindi. The role bridges architects, engineers and contractors to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into construction documents.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine design concepts.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to maintain design integrity and compliance.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications and material analyses.
• Review building codes and integrate them into designs.
• Manage multiple project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve design‑related issues.
• Conduct site visits to verify that plans align with actual site conditions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in architectural design or drafting on commercial or residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certification or licensure in architecture or drafting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction processes and building codes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
