DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a global software development leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure for high‑availability systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision, and manage cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous deployment.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Enforce security and compliance standards across all cloud resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience using monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
