Digital Marketing & Growth Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to plan, execute, measure and improve integrated campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate qualified business opportunities. You will work closely with our technology and creative teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across search, social media, email, content and paid advertising channels.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise website content and support on‑page and technical SEO initiatives.
• Plan campaign calendars, coordinate creative assets and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, leads, conversion rates and return on advertising spend.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and growth experiments.
• Manage landing page, funnel and audience tests to improve conversion efficiency.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social advertising, SEO and content marketing.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on‑page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, link‑building and search performance metrics.
• Ability to create campaign briefs, content calendars, ad copy, landing‑page recommendations and audience segments.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and advertising dashboards or reporting tools.
• Competence in tracking conversions, interpreting funnel data, conducting A/B tests and optimising campaigns against defined KPIs.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, project coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
