Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid and organic online campaigns. You will shape strategy, optimise spend and collaborate across teams to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage Google Ads, PPC, META and other paid campaigns.
• Design and evolve social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends and competitor tactics.
• Work with sales, development and other functions to align digital initiatives with business goals.
• Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources and maximise ROI.
• Measure, report and optimise campaign performance against KPIs.
• Lead A/B testing, conversion experiments and customer‑journey analysis.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on paid campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
