About the role

Join Seven Seas Workforce Solutions as a Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern and help shape global career narratives through impactful online campaigns. This remote position offers hands‑on experience in content creation, employer branding, and recruitment marketing while you develop a professional digital portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging posts and videos for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design professional graphics using Canva or Adobe Express.
• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns.
• Create short‑form promotional videos and reels.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Help grow the online community through creative engagement.
• Assist with basic website updates and blog content.
• Explore AI tools to improve marketing productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
• Understanding of major social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, organized and eager to learn.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop.
