Director of OTT Growth & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Director of OTT Growth & Analytics to lead audience acquisition, retention and monetisation across mobile, web and Connected TV platforms. You will own the full analytics stack, design growth campaigns and turn data into measurable actions that drive active and returning users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience‑growth strategies for OTT services, including organic and paid acquisition.
• Audit, implement and verify event tracking in GA4 and Firebase; produce regular performance reports.
• Analyse acquisition, retention and content performance using SQL and dashboard tools.
• Design lifecycle‑engagement calendars, push‑notification campaigns and A/B tests to improve viewer journeys.
• Manage ASO for Google Play and Apple App Store, creating localized store listings and promotional assets.
• Monitor CTV metrics, FAST/AVOD monetisation, programmatic advertising and technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in OTT audience growth, analytics and digital campaign management.
• Strong understanding of GA4, Firebase, app‑store optimisation and push‑notification ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently, translate data insights into actionable growth plans and communicate findings to senior management.
