About the role

Emigraxpert Consultant is a Lahore‑based education consultancy that assists students seeking international study opportunities. As an Education Counsellor you will guide candidates through the entire admission journey, from university selection to visa preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with students to understand their academic background, career goals, budget, and destination preferences.
• Recommend suitable universities, programmes, entry routes and scholarship options.
• Explain admission requirements, timelines, tuition fees and application procedures.
• Coordinate collection of application documents, follow up on missing items and maintain accurate student records.
• Provide visa documentation guidance and prepare students for interviews and pre‑departure requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, institutions and internal teams throughout the counselling cycle.
• Achieve service and application targets while ensuring data confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of international education counselling, university admissions and student application processes.
• Ability to assess academic profiles and match students with appropriate countries, institutions and programmes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, empathetic, target‑focused and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.
