Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in Lahore. The role combines strong technical insight with strategic oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear visibility and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project progress through structured tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities for teams and individuals.
• Identify bottlenecks and delivery risks, helping teams resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external stakeholders to define scope, technical approach, and resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve execution across large‑scale initiatives using engineering metrics.
• Use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate progress review meetings to ensure visibility and accountability for deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application within the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in fast‑paced environments, with a passion for mentoring talent.
• Deep understanding of secure software development lifecycles and project management best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to align multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset focused on outcomes rather than just processes.
