About the role

Lahore Grammar School is seeking a dedicated English Literature Teacher to join its Lahore campus on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The successful candidate will inspire students across various age groups to appreciate both classic and contemporary works, while fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover a wide range of classic and modern English literature, adapting content to suit diverse learner needs.
• Facilitate interactive classroom discussions and literary analyses that encourage students to think critically and express their interpretations confidently.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in extracurricular activities, literary clubs, and school events to enrich the overall educational experience.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature or a closely related field.
• Prior experience teaching English Literature is preferred, demonstrating the ability to engage and motivate learners.
