Enterprise Applications Manager

About the role

Careem is looking for a hands‑on Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the design, development, and day‑to‑day support of its Atlassian stack and other enterprise IT tools across multiple countries. The role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and employee experience, ensuring internal systems empower teams to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and daily support for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Desk.
• Design and implement new workflows, custom fields, screens, and automation scripts.
• Create reports, dashboards, and planning views tailored to user needs.
• Assist colleagues in building JQL queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage system access, permissions, and compliance with best practices.
• Log and track incidents via the ITSM tool, conduct problem management, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive Atlassian documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
• Recommend enhancements, implement upgrades, and ensure seamless integration with productivity, HR, and collaboration tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Atlassian applications in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
