About the role

Trilogy is building an AI‑first renewals operation and needs a senior professional to lead its highest‑value enterprise contracts. You will partner with Fiona, an AI‑powered renewals agent, focusing on executive engagement, complex negotiations, and strategic decision‑making that AI cannot yet replace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive‑level relationships and commercial discussions for multi‑year, seven‑figure enterprise renewal portfolios.
• Collaborate with Fiona to continuously improve its AI capabilities using your domain expertise and customer insights.
• Assess customer health, product adoption, and business exposure to proactively secure positive renewal outcomes.
• Utilize Salesforce and AI‑integrated workflows to maintain forecast accuracy and identify renewal risks early.
• Translate interaction insights into scalable process enhancements that strengthen the renewals function over time.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise renewals or retention for B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong executive‑level communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in an AI‑augmented environment and shaping new operational models.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
