Lead Generator

About the role

The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and developing potential business opportunities for Braxtone’s Insurance Advisory Division across the GCC and wider target markets. The role focuses on researching prospective clients, obtaining accurate contact information, and securing qualified meetings for the Advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients including insurance companies, brokers, reinsurers, investors, and other relevant organisations.
• Identify key decision‑makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Strategy and other senior executives.
• Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects, decision‑makers, contact details and potential opportunities.
• Conduct lead generation through professional networking platforms, industry directories, events, referrals, email and direct outreach.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, opportunity potential and relevance to Braxtone’s services.
• Secure introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Advisory team and maintain an active pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in lead generation, business development, B2B sales support or market research.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services or consulting is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the GCC business environment and insurance sector is an advantage.
