About the role
LancMall (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our on‑site team in Lahore. This entry‑level position focuses on expanding our presence in the Karachi market, presenting our services, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads in the Karachi market.
- Present LancMall services, prepare quotes and proposals for potential clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships, conduct follow‑ups and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collect market feedback.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
- Customer‑focused, persuasive, and target‑driven attitude.
- Basic negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Team player with a problem‑solving mindset and flexibility for local travel.
