About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a new commercial bank. The role is based in Islamabad and involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating board meetings and ensuring smooth internal communication.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas and record accurate minutes.
- Facilitate intra‑company communication to support the CEO’s initiatives across departments.
- Handle executive correspondence and draft professional communications in Urdu and English.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Monitor internal compliance requirements relevant to the CEO’s office.
- Arrange travel logistics and provide on‑site support as needed.
- Maintain filing systems and records for easy access.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of experience in an executive support or secretarial role.
- Polished professionalism with a well‑groomed appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work independently.
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
