Executive IP Core Back Office – CMS Operations Manager

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking an Executive IP Core Back Office professional to lead the management and optimisation of its Content Management System (CMS) platforms. You will ensure high availability, performance and a seamless digital experience for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day CMS operations with a target of 99.9% system uptime.
• Oversee content integration, formatting and publishing workflows across digital channels.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches and new feature roll‑outs with IT, Marketing and vendor teams.
• Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot technical issues and resolve fault tickets within SLA limits.
• Analyse user engagement and platform performance metrics and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and digital governance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience managing digital platforms, IT systems or CMS operations.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, API integrations and database management.
