Executive – Network Deployment (FTTH) – Taxila

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to lead the planning and deployment of our FTTH and related network infrastructure in the Taxila region. The role involves coordinating with customers, technical operations, and vendors to ensure timely rollout of fiber, corporate and carrier links.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute deployment of FTTH network, GPON OLTs, MSAG/MSANs, hybrid MSAG, transmission nodes and IP edge equipment across Wah, Taxila and Hassan Abdal.
• Conduct site surveys and verify High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs in coordination with customers and technical teams.
• Prepare and submit material requisitions, BoQs and ensure accurate expense booking.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards during all deployment activities.
• Coordinate with management and vendors to meet rollout targets and project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, IT or related engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telecom network deployment.
• Familiarity with PTCL PAT processes and GIS tools.

Required skills

• FTTH network design and installation.
• GPON OLT configuration.
• MSAG/MSAN and hybrid MSAG deployment.
• Transmission node and IP edge equipment handling.
• GIS mapping and survey verification.
• PAT activity coordination.
