Executive - Sales Merchant Acquiring (North)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to drive merchant acquiring sales in the northern region of Pakistan. You will be responsible for expanding our merchant network, deploying POS solutions and increasing transaction volumes for PaySa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential merchants through field visits and referrals.
• Onboard merchants and coordinate POS (Point of Sale) deployment.
• Manage and grow existing merchant relationships by increasing transaction volumes.
• Educate merchants on PaySa’s products, services and benefits.
• Ensure smooth merchant activation and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarded merchants and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in merchant acquiring, POS sales or fintech/banking sales.
• Strong field sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term merchant relationships.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good communication skills.
