Experienced ACCA/CA Qualified Accountant – Manufacturing

About the role

Harvest Bread, a leading food manufacturing company in Lahore, is looking for an ACCA or CA qualified accountant with solid experience in a production environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and delivering timely insights to support operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, month‑end closing and accounting schedules.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, wastage, production variances and product margins.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and performance analysis.
• Coordinate tax, audit, statutory and regulatory requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain internal controls over procurement, inventory, sales, cash and expenditures.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, sales and senior management to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Professional qualification as ACCA or CA with strong post‑qualification accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience in manufacturing accounting, costing, inventory controls and margin reporting.
• Proven ability to handle budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and tax compliance.
• High attention to detail, professional integrity and strong problem‑solving skills.
