Experienced Remote Cold Caller – Performance Based

About the role

Realty VAs is seeking experienced cold callers to join its fast‑growing real‑estate team. This full‑time remote position offers a base salary of PKR 70,000 per month plus performance‑based incentives for top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using company‑provided systems and scripts.
• Build rapport, identify motivated sellers and handle objections professionally.
• Accurately update the CRM with call notes and lead information.
• Meet daily and weekly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions and lead‑management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling experience (real‑estate experience preferred).
• Native or fluent English with a clear, professional accent.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and dialing software.
