Field Sales Executive – Drive Merchant Onboarding

About the role

Join Nenow, a fast‑growing Pakistani e‑commerce platform, as a Field Sales Executive. You will be the face of the company in local markets, visiting shops and meeting merchants to introduce Nenow’s all‑in‑one solution and help them launch and grow their online businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops, markets and potential business customers to pitch Nenow’s platform.
• Explain features, service packages and benefits to merchants.
• Generate qualified leads, convert prospects into paying customers and onboard them onto the platform.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with shop owners and provide ongoing support during the initial signup process.
• Provide daily updates on visits, leads, conversions and merchant feedback.
• Follow up with prospects, keep an active sales pipeline and achieve mandatory monthly sales targets.
• Represent Nenow professionally during all field interactions.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or beginners with a strong interest in sales, e‑commerce and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, hardworking and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and shop‑to‑shop pitching.
• Willingness to meet assigned monthly sales targets.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication and negotiation.
• Ability to build rapport with merchants and business owners.
• Basic computer literacy for using sales and onboarding tools.
