Founder's Associate

About the role

You will work side‑by‑side with the CEO of oladoc, Pakistan’s largest digital health platform, to drive strategy, execution and day‑to‑day operations. The role is fully onsite in Lahore and touches every part of the business, from hiring to partnership management and the fast‑moving Fit by oladoc product.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic decisions through research, competitor analysis, pricing models and business cases.
• Translate founder ideas into clear briefs, specifications and actionable plans, then follow them through to completion.
• Maintain the operating cadence: weekly metrics, monthly reviews, quarterly board packs and ongoing trackers.
• Assist the Fit by oladoc initiative with pricing, packaging, corporate contracts and growth experiments.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring loops, including sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding.
• Draft and manage contracts and vendor relationships, tracking signatures and renewals.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks that arise each week, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience, preferably top of your graduating class.
• Exceptionally fast learner who can become productive on new topics within days.
• High agency: can turn vague requests into completed work without excessive clarification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to summarise contracts, build presentations and hold vendor calls.
• Ridiculously organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and building simple financial models.
• Fluent with AI tools (Claude) and comfortable integrating them into daily work.
• Willing to perform repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency with AI tools, specifically Claude.
