About the role

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated Front Sales Closer to drive revenue for its design services portfolio. The role focuses on converting inbound and outbound leads into long‑term clients while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in design services.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, follow‑ups, and consultative consultations.
• Present service offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by management.
• Coordinate with internal design and delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
