Full-Stack Developer (AI-native)

About the role

Truck It In is building innovative fintech and banking SaaS solutions and needs a Full‑Stack Developer who can work across the entire technology stack. The role is ideal for developers who enjoy creating scalable back‑end services and responsive front‑end interfaces while leveraging AI‑powered coding tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Build responsive user interfaces with Livewire, React or Vue.
• Create, document, and integrate REST APIs.
• Optimize database queries and ensure application scalability.
• Integrate third‑party services such as payment gateways, APIs and webhooks.
• Write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Collaborate using Git workflows, code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Utilise AI‑assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot) to improve code quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, REST APIs and modern web development practices.
• Experience with Livewire and front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Vue.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools to enhance productivity.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to own features end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment.
