Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a remote, full-time basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality code that trains, fine-tunes, and evaluates AI models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct benchmark evaluations of model performance and analyze results for improvement.
• Assess and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task-specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in JavaScript and TypeScript full-stack development.
• Strong background with Node.js and the Nest.js framework.
• Familiarity with modern front-end libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
