Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Medcare MSO, one of the largest USA‑based healthcare IT organisations operating in Pakistan, is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join its agile development team in Lahore. The role involves developing new modules, enhancing existing systems, and delivering tasks assigned by product owners within a Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software products and modules based on business requirement documents.
• Follow the agile software development lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Communicate key project data and foster team cohesion.
• Review requirement documents and provide technical feedback.
• Create innovative technical solutions to meet company needs.
• Test software and fix bugs collaboratively.
• Ensure timely delivery of work by the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude to support common goals.
