Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the role

Devsinc is seeking a Functional Consultant specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support ERP implementations for enterprise clients. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring the system, delivering user training, and ensuring successful post‑go‑live adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, document business needs and assist in functional design.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and align business processes with system capabilities.
• Configure and support Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and related modules.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, user training and system enhancements.
• Manage at least one full‑cycle ERP implementation independently.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, technical teams and project managers to ensure best‑practice delivery.
• Assist in data migration, user acceptance testing and go‑live preparations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration or IT.
• Minimum 2 years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
