Games Technician – On-site Maintenance & Support

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Games Technician to join our on‑site team in Lahore. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing our arcade and entertainment gaming machines to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and set‑up of gaming equipment.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electronic faults promptly.
• Monitor machine performance and address malfunctions to minimise downtime.
• Provide technical support to staff and assist guests with equipment‑related issues.
• Keep maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar technical role is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic gaming machines.

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and mechanical systems.
• Use of standard hand and power tools.
