Graphic Designer – Digital Illustration & Brand Identity

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Lahore. You will be responsible for producing high‑impact digital illustrations, marketing assets, and branded content across web, social media, email, and print channels. The role works closely with marketing, product, and development teams to turn strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create digital illustrations, marketing assets, and branded content for multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into visual solutions that meet business objectives.
• Manage the full creative lifecycle from ideation and wire‑framing to design, review and delivery.
• Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders and ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the company grows.
• Mentor junior designers, conduct design critiques and raise overall team quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools and competitor activity to keep the creative work ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a focus on digital illustration and brand identity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration or equivalent practical experience.
• Clear communicator able to articulate visual ideas in written and verbal form.
• Experience in an Agile or sprint‑based creative environment is a plus.
• Ability to adapt design style across different industries and audience segments.
