Graphic Designer & Video Producer

About the role

We are seeking a creative all‑rounder who will be the visual engine behind our brand. You will design print flyers, shoot student testimonials, and edit engaging reels, supporting event collateral, social content, university spotlights, and leadership branding.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, carousels, and reel covers for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos such as student stories, alumni interviews, university spotlights, and event recaps.
• Produce print and digital collateral for expos, workshops, and university visits.
• Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on‑location shoots.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro and create motion graphics in After Effects.
• Maintain visual consistency with the DenCo brand system.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on monthly campaign calendars.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in both graphic design and video production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and video work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting, and audio kits.
• Excellent eye for typography, composition, and pacing.
• Ability to deliver quickly without compromising quality.
