Growth Manager – US B2B Technology & Services

About the role

Hazen Technologies is seeking a Growth Manager to lead its US B2B technology and business services sales effort from our Lahore office. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, overseeing the full sales funnel to drive predictable revenue growth for US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the US market.
• Design and implement outbound sales strategies that generate a qualified pipeline and sustainable revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor and improve conversion rates by removing bottlenecks across the sales funnel.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and provide regular pipeline updates to the Director USA.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach a high‑performing sales team, conducting regular one‑on‑one sessions.
• Develop future sales leaders and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience progressing from SDR/BDR or Inside Sales to sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B sales process for the US market, including ICP definition, outbound prospecting, qualification, and negotiation.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a technology or services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to forecast and manage pipelines.
