GTM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale the technology infrastructure that drives our go‑to‑market strategy. Working at the crossroads of sales, marketing, operations and engineering, you will enable automated prospect identification, outreach, data enrichment and lead routing to accelerate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GTM infrastructure across sales and marketing platforms.
• Design automated workflows for lead generation, qualification, routing and enrichment.
• Integrate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with marketing automation, data providers and internal tools.
• Write scripts, APIs and low‑code solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Create dashboards and reporting to monitor pipeline performance.
• Manage data quality, deduplication and enrichment processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies and AI tools.
• Optimize outbound and inbound workflows through experimentation and analysis.
• Document processes and establish best practices for revenue operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations and workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python or SQL.
• Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting platforms.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
