About the role
We are partnering with a leading asset management firm in Karachi to find a dynamic Head of Human Resources. The role will steer the HR function, aligning people strategy with business objectives and supporting growth across the head office and branch network.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement HR initiatives, policies and systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the head office and all branches.
- Position HR as a strategic partner, contributing to business planning and decision‑making.
- Develop and roll out a performance evaluation and management framework, including workload assessments.
- Identify, design and deliver in‑house and external training programmes to build capability.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff at all locations.
Required profile
- MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from an HEC‑recognised university.
- 3‑5 years of progressive HR experience in a reputable organization.
- Proven ability to lead HR functions in a fast‑growing environment.
