HR & Payroll Generalist – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time HR & Payroll Generalist to support our Global Talent Hub in Pakistan. The position is remote today and will transition to an onsite office as we build our first physical space. Reporting to PPT executive leadership in Nashville, you will help establish HR infrastructure and ensure smooth payroll, benefits, and recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and process bi‑weekly payroll for GTH team members, working with finance and U.S. HR.
• Maintain payroll records, handle mileage reimbursements, and manage summer payroll schedule changes.
• Administer monthly benefits reconciliation, 401(k) audits, and FMLA calculations.
• Lead the transition of contractors to employee status, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for GTH employees, answering policy and process questions.
• Research, recommend, and implement benefits packages suitable for Pakistan‑based staff.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Support the operational build‑out of the new GTH office, including hardware procurement.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with a passion for building HR systems.
• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with U.S. leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Willingness to grow into broader people‑management responsibilities as the team expands.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Paycom (HRIS) as a day‑to‑day user.
• Experience in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding workflows.
