International BPO Cold Calling Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Representative to act as the voice of our company in international markets. The role is onsite in Lahore and focuses on generating new business through outbound cold‑calling and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients across international markets.
• Make outbound calls to prospects, present our services, and negotiate deals.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Apply researched sales strategies to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or fresh graduate with strong English communication).
• Minimum 1 year of sales or call‑center experience; freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
• Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with a sales‑driven attitude.
