About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Travel Consultant to join our team and provide top‑tier travel planning services to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will use their expertise to design personalized itineraries and manage all aspects of travel bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
• Design and recommend customized travel itineraries covering flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and insurance.
• Book and confirm travel components, ensuring accuracy of visa and documentation information.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow‑up.
• Stay informed on industry trends, airline policies, and regulatory updates.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
